With passion and devotion I am assisting people in self-discovery and healing journey as a relationship/attachment coach. Just like everyone else I was not free from challenging and painful time in my life. Sadness, loneliness and hurt were part of my daily life. Since I was a child I was very compassionate and tuned into people’s emotions, I have offered people comfort and support naturally. I also had an ability to zoom out of a situation and connect the dots with what was happening. Little did I know that I was being hypervigilant, a common characteristic of many Fearful Avoidants experience. This has since become my greatest gift and now I use this skill in my coaching practice. As a person with Fearful Avoidant attachment style I have been going in my romantic relationships through cycles of hope-disappointment – hurt- despair – period of giving up and then again hope. Without knowing that my experience in that area of life is determined by my subconsciously stored associations with love. The pain caused by repetition of the same challenges and emotional experiences helped me to finally discover the root cause of it and today I help others to heal their attachment wounds so they are no longer stuck in their painful repetitive cycles. I also help couples get free from arguments around the same issues, they face in power struggle phase of their relationship. In a short identification process they know answer to their “why” and how to create change for better.
